Contagious Energy really just exemplifies who I am and how I present myself to the world. To that end, I want to make a difference in the lives of others by motivating them through seminars, workshops and written materials with a focus on promoting the effects of a positive attitude in their every day life.

As I reflect upon my experiences and accomplishments, it is clear that my approach to life has always been influenced by my energy and that is what I want to share. I am engaged in life and I challenge myself to be purposeful and consistent in my actions. In doing so, I find that I am also challenging those around me to do the same.

I can’t imagine going through my life without finding a good reason to make others smile.

Education

I have a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Norwich University with a thesis written on Self-Esteem and the Multi-age Classroom. My Undergraduate Degree is from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in Health Education and Administration.
